SwissReset is a document-preparation and guidance service. It helps the user exercise rights provided for by law (in particular art. 8a DEBA). SwissReset is not a law firm, does not provide individualised legal advice and does not represent its users before authorities or courts. The information and documents provided do not replace the advice of a legal professional.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Application data is hosted by Supabase, in the Zurich region (Switzerland). The domain name is managed by Infomaniak Network SA.
Intellectual property
All content, text, letter templates and graphic elements of the site are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
SwissReset makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee a result. The user remains responsible for checking, signing and sending their documents, as well as for complying with the legal deadlines that apply to them.
14-day guarantee (error on our part)
The letter pack costs CHF 49. If the delivered documents contain an error attributable to us, or do not match the route indicated by the assessment, we refund the full price on simple request to contact@swissreset.ch within 14 days of purchase. The refund covers our service; it does not guarantee the outcome of the process with the office or the creditor, which does not depend on SwissReset.
Applicable law
This site and the associated services are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is fixed at the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
