SwissReset processes your personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP). This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Data controller
Igor Jovicic, Ch. des Truits 29, 1867 Ollon. For any questions: contact@swissreset.ch.
Data collected
- Your email address, when you provide it.
- Your answers to the assessment (situation, objection, deadlines), which do not contain your identity.
- The data you provide to generate your letters (name, address, debt-enforcement proceeding number), where applicable.
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser type).
Purposes and legal basis
We use this data to provide the service (assessment, document generation), deliver your pack and respond to your requests. Processing is based on your consent and on the performance of the service you request.
Hosting and location
Your data is hosted by Supabase in the Zurich region (Switzerland), and the site is served by Vercel. Payment is handled by Stripe, sending the pack by email is handled by Resend, and internal operational notifications (new order, customer feedback) may pass through Slack; these providers may process data (email address, payment data, documents) on servers located in the United States, under their transfer safeguards. We never sell your data and share it only with the providers strictly necessary to run the service. If you choose the postal dispatch option, your letter (your details, the creditor's details and the letter content) and your signature are transmitted to our print partner Pingen AG (Switzerland), which prints it and hands it to Swiss Post as registered mail; your signature is kept only until handover to the Post, then deleted.
Photo reading (artificial intelligence)
Photo reading is optional. If you use it, the image of your payment order is sent to our artificial-intelligence provider, Google (Gemini service), to extract the fields automatically. This processing takes place on servers located in the United States. SwissReset does not keep the image beyond extraction. You can always enter the information by hand; by uploading a photo, you consent to this transfer.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. You can request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with the revised FADP, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@swissreset.ch.
