Terms of sale

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms govern the sale of the SwissReset letter pack (CHF 49). By completing your order, you accept them.

Purpose

SwissReset provides a pack of personalised documents (letters and instructions) prepared from the information you enter, in order to exercise rights provided by law (art. 8a SchKG). This is not individual legal advice.

Price

The pack costs CHF 49, a final price in Swiss francs, with no subscription and no hidden fees. No VAT is charged (non-taxable operator, art. 10 para. 2 VAT Act).

Order and payment

The order is completed by the online payment, processed by Stripe. No account is required. The documents are generated automatically once payment is confirmed.

Delivery and immediate performance

Delivery is digital and immediate: the documents are made available for download as soon as payment is confirmed. By placing the order, you expressly request and agree that performance begins immediately.

Postal dispatch option

If you choose the registered-mail dispatch option, your letter is printed and handed to Swiss Post by our Swiss print partner, only after your express on-screen confirmation (verification of the recipient's address). Once dispatch is confirmed, the service has been fully performed: the dispatch can no longer be cancelled and the sending fee is non-refundable. This does not apply to a printing or routing error attributable to us. If you do not confirm dispatch, the fee is refunded on simple request to contact@swissreset.ch.

Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied immediately at your request, the service is deemed performed once the pack is made available. Refunds remain governed by the guarantee below.

14-day guarantee (error on our part)

If the documents contain an error attributable to us, or do not match the route indicated by the assessment, we refund the full price on simple request to contact@swissreset.ch within 14 days of purchase. The refund covers our service; it does not guarantee the outcome of the process with the office or the creditor.

Liability

SwissReset prepares documents and guides you; it does not guarantee any result and is not a law firm. You remain responsible for checking, signing and sending your documents and for meeting the legal deadlines. SwissReset's liability is limited to the price paid.

Intellectual property

The templates and content are protected. The purchased pack is intended for your personal use, for your own debt-enforcement proceeding.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the editor's registered seat, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
