Getting your extract in the canton of Schwyz

Which office is competent if I moved away from the canton of Schwyz?

For new proceedings, the office where you now live is competent. Older entries, however, stay with the office of your former residence: to give a complete picture you need an extract from each district concerned.

Are the fees different in the canton of Schwyz?

No. Fees are set by federal law (OELP) and are therefore identical across Switzerland: CHF 17 for the register extract, CHF 40 for a non-disclosure request.

Can the office in Schwyz delete an entry if I ask?
